Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Gallatin, IL.

These full‑time roles feature six‑hour shifts, no on‑call or overnight duties, daily rounds, and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, with streamlined EHR using AI Scribe on an iPad with LTE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license.
• Board certification from ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN/NCCPA.
• Geriatrics or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and iPad with LTE.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Position Highlights:
