Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document care efficiently using the EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation.
• Collaborate in a team-based environment and participate in rounds.

Join our growing healthcareteam providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skillednursing facilities throughout Baxter Springs, Kansas. We areseeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who arepassionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in acollaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No call or overnight responsibilities
• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
• Access UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance
