Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. partners with Lyndhurst, Ohio-area skilled nursing facilities to hire compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants focused on geriatric care.

These full-time roles offer six-hour shifts, no on-call duties, and collaborative team support. Providers will round daily, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe treatments while documenting in an AI Scribe-enabled EHR on a company-provided iPad with LTE.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Geriatrics or post-acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Document efficiently using AI Scribe-enabled EHR on iPad; voice dictation and LTE access.
