Responsibilities

• Coordinate bed management and admissions/discharges; communicate with the care team.
• Maintain patient charts, records, and discharge documents; ensure signatures and transfers.
• Respond to routine inquiries; relay messages accurately to team members and departments.
• Serve as unit greeter and assist with staffing and scheduling for shifts.
• Ensure unit supplies, equipment, and emergency procedures are correctly managed.
