Job summary

• Requires 3 years of Acute Care experience, with at least 1 year as Level II OA MT at BH
• Must take and pass dysrhythmia course (telemetry) within 6 weeks of hire
• OAS Gold Training and related teamwork/communication trainings are valued

Responsibilities

• Bed management and ADT coordination with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Maintain and organize patient charts and discharge records
• Serve as unit-based resource and greeter for new patients and families
• Prepare staffing assignments and coordinate coverage for shifts
• Monitor and document through unit-specific logs and emergency procedures
