Formación

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• The Telecommunications Operator serves as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications within the hospital and affiliated facilities.
• Manages high-volume telephone traffic, coordinates on-call personnel notifications, and provides timely and accurate information to internal and external customers.
• Performs switchboard and call center functions, including answering and routing calls, overhead paging, emergency notifications, and escalation per hospital standards.
