• Handles paging procedures for employees, providers, and rapid response teams; supports emergency communications.
• Acts as an information hub providing accurate assistance to patients, staff and external customers.
• Transfers calls accurately to the proper extension for seamless communication.
• Coordinates emergency codes and disaster notifications to on-call and rapid response staff.
• Screens and verifies demographic information and maintains inpatient documentation per facility procedures.
