Capital Health is seeking a Switchboard/Call Center Operator to manage internal and external calls across two hospital campuses. You will route calls, monitor codes, and coordinate interpreter services to support patients and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months in customer service using voice communications. You will work weekend shifts with a 37-hour schedule and be part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience: Six months of customer service using voice calls.
• Knowledge and Skills: Clear communication, fluent English, accurate information, excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Operate switchboard and route calls to appropriate destinations.
• Answer code telephones within two rings and log events.
• Notify on-call personnel and coordinate interpreter services as needed.
• Reference on-call schedules and set up daily shifts.
• Provide equipment to hearing-impaired patients and manage alarms.
