Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee on-site operations at the hospital partner, coordinating with the Practice Medical Director, clinicians, and hospital leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will manage scheduling, onboarding, privileging, compliance, and documentation, while maintaining relationships with C-suite and care teams; this is an on-site role with no travel required at the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or similar related field.
• 3-5 years' experience working in healthcare operations; experience managing a physician group practice preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations; basic understanding of budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the front-line liaison for the clinician team with hospital C‑Suite, nursing leadership, and Sound operational team.
• Providing executive support to the practice medical director and practice team to meet contract expectations.
• Providing office management functions including meeting management, office systems, and supplies.
• Coordinating with privileging team to ensure licensure, privileging, and payer enrollment are complete.
