Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Manager to lead on-site operations at a hospital partner. You will support the medical director, manage daily office functions, and ensure efficient clinic operations with hospital leadership and care teams.

The role requires building strong relationships with clinicians, executives, and staff, while maintaining compliance, scheduling, and performance workflows in a remote-first culture that still values on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating clinic or hospital operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line liaison between provider team and hospital leadership.
• Provide executive support to the practice medical director and team.
• Manage office systems, supplies, and practice events.
• Develop and enforce site policies and procedures.
• Coordinate patient census, onboarding, and onboarding of clinicians.
