Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• 1-2 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support to medical practice.
• Office management functions: meetings, office systems, supplies, events.
• Collaborating with Medical Director and Practice Management Team to maintain site policies.
• Facilitating daily patient census/reconciliation and rounds.
• Onboarding and orientation for new clinicians and locums/ambassadors.
