Job summary

TouchPoint, Support Services is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital setting.

You will supervise dispatcher activities, coordinate transportation with other departments, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff while supporting budget goals. This role emphasizes operational leadership in patient movement and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistics and identify trends.
• Basic computer skills with Windows-based OS.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters.
• Coordinate dispatcher activities and monitor performance.
• Coordinate patient transportation with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC.
• Train and develop dispatchers, drivers, and transport personnel.
• Assist in achieving department budget and controlling expenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
