TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters across four facilities. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, engagement, and service excellence, ensuring safe, patient-centered observation services.

You will collaborate with hospital leadership and nursing teams to optimize workflow, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital, healthcare, patient services, or related environment.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistics and identify trends impacting operations.
• Basic computer skills with Windows OS; ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Patient Observation Services across four healthcare facilities.
• Lead staffing, employee engagement, and service excellence.
• Coordinate Patient Transportation activities with other departments and develop service agreements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, CDC).
• Orient, train, and develop dispatchers, transporters, and related staff.
• Assist director in achieving financial objectives and managing department budget.
