Job summary

TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators, Constant Observers, and Patient Transporters in a hospital setting.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, employee engagement, and service excellence, collaborating with hospital leadership and nursing teams to ensure safe, patient-centered observation services. Experience in health service operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital environment or patient transportation.
• Ability to interpret statistical data and identify trends.
• Proficient with Windows OS and basic software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of patient transporters and observers.
• Apply knowledge of patient transport concepts, infection control, and body mechanics.
• Coordinate dispatcher logic and supervise transporter activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with agencies such as Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC.
• Develop staffing, training, and budget management to meet service goals.
