Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment or patient transportation.
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends affecting operations.
• Basic computer skills and trouble-shooting Windows-based systems.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters.
• Understand dispatcher logic, supervise dispatcher activity.
• Coordinate patient transportation with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (FDA/CDC/JCAHO/OSHA).
• Orient and train dispatchers, drivers, and transport personnel.
• Assist in achieving department budget objectives and manage expenses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
