Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting. You will oversee dispatcher activities, coordinate transportation, and ensure services align with hospital needs and regulations.

The role requires management experience in healthcare, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to train staff across positions while maintaining budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and to distinguish trends and other factors that impact operational activity.
• Basic computer skills with Windows based Operating System; ability to troubleshoot system problems and resolve them.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters.
• Develop dispatcher logic and supervise transporter activities.
• Coordinate transportation services with other departments and develop service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies (e.g., Federal, State, OSHA, CDC).
• Train and develop staff at all levels (dispatchers, drivers, couriers, etc.).
