TouchPoint Support Services is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting. You will ensure smooth patient transport operations, dispatcher logic, and collaboration with other departments.

The role requires leadership experience in healthcare transport, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage budgets while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and to distinguish trends and other factors that impact operational activity.
• Basic computer skills with Windows based Operating System; ability to troubleshoot system problems related to computer or software systems and initiate internal or external resolution to system issues.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital setting.
• Develops dispatcher logic and monitors transporter activities to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinates Patient Transportation activities with other departments and establishes service agreements as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC regulations.
• Trains and mentors dispatchers, drivers, couriers, and related staff.
• Assists director in budgeting and controlling departmental expenses.
