Ashton North LLC is seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison in New York to direct post-acute intake and drive census growth within Brooklyn and Queens hospital systems. This dual clinical sales and admissions leadership position will leverage hospital relationships to expand referrals and manage pre-admission evaluations.

• Strong consultative sales ability and clinical evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and professional accountability in a hospital liaison role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Nursing, or related field preferred; active clinical credential a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Territory & network expansion across Brooklyn and Queens hospital systems.
• Conduct pre-admission evaluations and chart reviews to determine eligibility.
• Convert leads into admissions to meet census and occupancy targets.
• Guide patients and families through sub-acute programs and transitions.
• Collaborate with admissions teams and nursing/therapy leaders for smooth hand-offs.
• Monitor discharge patterns and deliver educational presentations to hospital teams.
