Job summary

As the first point of contact, you will answer questions in person, by phone or email, support department programs, and participate in team activities. A high school diploma and one year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting.
• Competent in computer applications and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and employees entering the hospital and create a positive first impression.
• Screen all entrants as directed by Administration.
• Provide way finding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff in person or by phone.
• May assist in transporting patients using wheelchairs.
• Act as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Support the department's special programs and initiatives.
• Participate in department and division activities.
