Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a front desk information associate who greets patients, visitors, staff and vendors, screens entrants, and provides way finding assistance within the hospital.

The role involves acting as an informational resource via in-person contact, telephone or email, and supporting department initiatives. A high school diploma and one year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience handling the public in person and on the phone.
• Competent in computer applications and Microsoft platforms.

Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact, creates a polished and positive first impression welcoming patients, visitors and employees entering Concord Hospital.
• Screens all patients, visitors and staff entering the building as directed by Administration.
• Provides way finding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff, in person or by telephone.
• May push patients in wheelchairs to their destination within the hospital.
• Acts as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff via in person, telephone, or email.
• Supports the department's special programs and initiatives.
• Participates in department and division activities.
