• Screen calls before transferring and request patient confidentiality number.
• Greet and screen visitors, ensuring check-in/out procedures are followed.
• Provide clerical support for hospital personnel and support Intake when needed.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with deliveries and employment inquiries.
