Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/receptionist experience.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to receive and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected information in line with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate destinations.
• Receive and direct incoming calls to departments and/or patient rooms.
• Maintain professional demeanor with internal and external customers.
• Float to other practice locations as needed with mileage reimbursement.
