Job summary

Waters Advanced Diagnostics is hiring a Diagnostic Solutions Account Executive to lead hospital and clinical lab sales across a designated territory. You will drive revenue, build strong relationships, and coordinate with a cross-functional team to deliver clinical and economic value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospital sales, a Life Sciences degree, and proficiency with Salesforce.com, Power BI, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3 years of hospital sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account sales plans across hospitals and clinical labs.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to drive product adoption and clinical/economic value justification.
• Maintain and grow revenue through ongoing customer contact and support.
• Collaborate with Instrument Specialists, Clinical Specialists, and other teams for growth and retention.
• Manage the sales process involving laboratory, infectious disease, pharmacy, and hospital administration.
