Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Diagnostic Solutions Account Executive to drive sales across hospitals and clinical labs in the assigned territory. You will engage with physicians, lab directors, procurement, and IT to advance the Diagnostic product portfolio.

You will lead territory planning, coordinate with Instrument Specialists, Clinical Specialists, and distributors, and manage the full sales cycle from quote to contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hospital sales or equivalent in life sciences.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Strong domain knowledge in diagnostics and clinical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develops territory and strategic account sales plans.
• Articulates product value and ROI to multiple decision makers.
• Maintains and grows revenue through regular customer engagement.
• Collaborates with field specialists and distributors to support growth.
• Leads direct and channel selling to achieve sales targets.
