Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Technician to perform in-hospital hearing screens and educate parents on early intervention. You will work on-site at hospital locations, with on-the-job training and annual American Academy of Audiology certification.

Responsibilities include data collection, documenting results, and ensuring timely reporting. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and weekend/holiday availability.

• CPR certification required or obtained on offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Screen newborns for hearing loss in hospital settings and record results.
• Ensure screen readiness before testing and maintain calm environment.
• Educate parents on screening importance and next steps.
• Upload results and complete state reporting by end of shift.
• Refer babies to outpatient appointments when needed.
• Follow PPE, safety protocols and hospital orientations.
