Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Baltimore is looking for a Hospital Representative to engage key stakeholders within complex hospital accounts, IDNs, and health systems. You will execute an integrated territory plan, build relationships with physicians, and deliver clinical brand presentations.

You will travel the territory, apply data-driven strategies, and collaborate with field teams to provide cross-functional support.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 3+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industry.
• Large account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales experience is required.
• Strong understanding of product flow through Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution, and Buy & Bill channels is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships and strong customer dedication.

Responsabilidades

• Engage key stakeholders in complex hospital accounts (Health Systems, Academic Centers, IDNs).
• Execute integrated territory business plan and maintain professional relationships with HCPs.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Plan coverage of the territory and coordinate cross-functional support.
• Use data and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Develop deep product knowledge and understand market trends.
• Manage territory budget for sales and marketing activities.
