Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage hospital relationships by engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations of approved products to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other clinic personnel using a customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution and business success.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by industry and corporate policies.
