Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on the value of the products features and benefits.

The successful Senior Account Specialty Representative will manage hospital relationships, provide scientific information, deliver physician presentations, and collaborate across the matrixed sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industries.
• 3+ years calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight travel.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with stakeholders to understand needs.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians and staff using customer engagement selling.
• Collaborate across the matrixed sales organization.
• Participate in training and development while following policies.
