Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industries.
• 3+ years experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making, formulary management and antimicrobial stewardship.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify needs and priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within disease state and approved products.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff and clinic personnel using a customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively use and manage resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success.
