Job summary

St. Gabriel's Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a Hospice Sales Representative to advance referral growth and partnerships within the assigned territory. You will engage with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies to promote hospice programs and services.

The role requires building relationships, presenting to targeted referral sources, and maintaining knowledge of provider services and regulatory requirements to ensure quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth in direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Develops business partnerships by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations.
• Grow and promote hospice programs and services while upholding quality standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home care services and needs.
