Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops business partnerships by making effective sales calls and presentations.
• Grow and promote hospice programs and services within the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, payors, and community agencies.
• Meet patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
• Prepare monthly tracking reports on referral sources and market changes.
