Job summary

Mission Healthcare, a leading home health and hospice provider in the western United States, is seeking an experienced healthcare sales professional to grow referrals and partnerships. You will educate clinicians and administrators on hospice services, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth within a collaborative team.

You will work with physicians, hospitals, and post‑acute facilities to expand access to care while maintaining a patient‑centered approach and a strong focus on service

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of healthcare sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Hospice, home health, or senior care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and referral sources.
• Generate hospice referrals by educating healthcare professionals on services and eligibility criteria.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and community education events to promote hospice awareness.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and the hospice clinical team.
• Identify and respond to referral partner needs, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with hospice intake and admissions teams for smooth transitions for new patients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and market feedback using CRM tools.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and monitor resource allocation within budget.
