Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Hospice Sales Liaison to grow referral networks and represent hospice services in the LaFayette, GA area. You will expand accounts, identify opportunities and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions into care.

The role emphasizes regional market knowledge, established referral sources, and the ability to work independently in the field with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Hospice sales experience preferred or strong healthcare sales background.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales, marketing or referral development.
• Established local referral sources and market knowledge preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop, expand and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity.
• Work closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care.
• Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
• Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must‑haves.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
