Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a proactive professional to manage relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and health systems.

You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referral growth and improve patient outcomes. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in healthcare business development or similar roles, a relevant degree, and strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or nursing/therapy/social work degree.
• Two years healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local laws and Medicare regulations for home health and hospice.
• Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Promote adherence to Medicare home health and hospice guidelines.
• Maintain dependable transportation and drive as required.
