Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to manage relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive patient transitions and satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum two years in healthcare business development, strong communication and presentation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, professional associations, and other providers).
• Drives referral growth by educating sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Supports post-acute care transitions and promotes high-quality care and smooth patient transitions.
• Represents Enhabit professionally to partners and community organizations to expand collaboration.
