Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of approved nursing, therapy or social work program.
• Equivalent years of equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business dynamics and regulatory context.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, health systems and senior living communities.
• Educate referral sources and patients on Enhabit services to support post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.
• Drive referral growth by building and nurturing partner networks and ensuring alignment with program requirements.
• Navigate regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Engage in community outreach and represent Enhabit professionally to maintain strong referral source satisfaction.
