Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a motivated business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals and health systems. You will educate referral sources about Enhabit services, support post-acute care transitions, and promote patient and partner satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration, education, and ongoing development within a leading home health and hospice provider. In-office attendance is required to achieve objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare/marketing or related field required.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and state regulatory guidelines.
• Valid driver license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license (if applicable) and experience in home health or hospice preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, etc.).
• Supports referral growth by educating sources about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Assists in navigational guidance for post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.
• Promotes care transitions, patient satisfaction, and referral source satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships and expands partnerships with providers and organizations.
