Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a proactive business development professional to serve as the primary relationship manager with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources. You will educate partners about Enhabit services and requirements, facilitate post-acute care transitions, and help grow referral volumes while ensuring high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Equivalent years of experience considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, and health systems) to grow referrals.
• Educate referral sources, patients, families, and community partners about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
