Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks an experienced business development professional to manage and grow referral partnerships. You will educate physicians, hospitals, and health systems about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive post-acute transitions and improve patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication, with in-office attendance as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or nursing/therapy/social work degree.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health and hospice regulations and compliance.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Established relationships with physicians, hospitals or senior living communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to assist post-acute transitions.
• Collaborate to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction during care transitions.
