Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a healthcare business development professional to strengthen referral relationships, educate partners on Enhabit services, and guide post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field, 2+ years in relevant work, and strong communication, presentation, and compliance knowledge. Local travel may be involved, and in-office collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales (2+ years).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Must maintain a valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources including physicians, physician practices, hospitals, health systems, inpatient facilities, senior living communities, professional associations, and other healthcare organizations.
• Supports referral growth by providing awareness and education of company services and program requirements to referral sources, patients, families, caregivers and community partners to help navigate post-acute care transitions.
