Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to manage relationships with referral sources, educate on Enhabit services, and drive post-acute care transitions. You will promote program requirements, build partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities, and support growth in home-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or clinical equivalent
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales
• Knowledge of Medicare/home health regulations and compliance
• Must have valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Clinical license preferred where applicable

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, etc.)
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive awareness and growth
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure referral sources are engaged and informed
