Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dynamic business development professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems. You will educate referral sources about Enhabit services and collaborate to navigate post-acute care transitions, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of healthcare regulations, and the ability to travel to build partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or a graduate in nursing, therapy, or social work.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local laws for Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources to grow post-acute referrals.
• Educate referral sources, patients, and families about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support care transitions and strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
