Job summary

Agape Care Group in Mobile, AL is seeking an Account Executive to connect hospice services with local healthcare providers, helping patients access compassionate end-of-life care.

You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners; generate new referrals; educate about hospice eligibility; and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions for patients entering care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate Degree or proven work experience in a health-related field.
• Experience in healthcare sales or hospice is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the hospice agency and local healthcare providers.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
