Qualifications

• Associate degree or proven work experience in a health-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred.
• Reliable transportation; field-based role with daily interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the hospice agency and local healthcare providers.
• Generate hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams for seamless patient transitions.
• Identify market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communication with care teams.
