Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant to drive referral growth in a field-based role across Canton, GA. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners while educating on hospice eligibility and benefits.

This position demands 2+ years in healthcare sales or marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in hospice or related settings.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive results.
• Strong territory planning, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and Affinity’s differentiators.
• Identify, qualify, and close referral opportunities by engaging key decision-makers and overcoming objections.
• Execute daily sales activity expectations and own territory using data and market insights.
• Document referral activity, expenses, and market intelligence; support community education and outreach.
• Participate in speaking engagements, trade shows, and community events; contribute to marketing campaigns.
