Affinity Hospice is seeking a driven Hospice Consultant to drive referral growth in an assigned Mississippi territory by building trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. You will manage your market with targeted sales plans and act as a key ambassador for Affinity Hospice.

The role is full-time, field-based, requiring travel and strong relationship-based selling. We offer base pay with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package to support career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in hospice or related setting.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive results.
• Strong territory planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-making.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and Affinity’s differentiators.
• Identify, qualify, and close referral opportunities by engaging key decision-makers.
