Affinity Hospice is seeking a Hospice Consultant to drive referral growth within an assigned territory by building trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. This field-based, full-time role combines strategic territory management with consultative selling and community outreach.

You will own your market, execute targeted sales plans, and serve as a key ambassador for Affinity Hospice, educating referral sources on eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years healthcare sales in hospice, home health, or related setting.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive results.
• Strong territory planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical decision-making.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians and healthcare partners.
• Educate referrals on hospice eligibility, benefits, and differentiators.
• Identify, qualify, and close referral opportunities with key decision-makers.
• Execute daily sales activity as outlined by Sales Leadership.
• Own and manage territory using data and market insights.
• Document referral activity, expenses, and market intelligence.
