Job summary

PruittHealth in North Carolina is seeking a Hospice & Palliative Sales Account Executive to build referral networks, drive patient growth, and promote hospice services within its healthcare partners.

This role requires 2+ years in healthcare sales or business development, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication. You will work with physicians, hospitals, and SNFs to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and referral generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet and exceed referral and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and managed care organizations.
• Promote hospice services through presentations, meetings, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum.
• Analyze market trends and referral data to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent PruittHealth at networking events, health fairs, and promotional campaigns.
