Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; work experience may substitute at Administrator's discretion.
• At least 3 years experience in healthcare marketing management, hospice preferred.
• Ability to market aggressively and engage with customers and the community.
• Shows strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Conducts daily marketing activities in collaboration with Administrator to establish and implement marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resources allocation per budget constraints.
• Develops market assessments and a marketing plan to meet budget projections.
• Uses marketing and promotions to reach budget targets.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Shapes perceptions of Affinity Health Management as a high-quality provider.
• Contributes to strategic planning by identifying service opportunities.
• Keeps updated on markets, agencies, payers, referral sources, and competitors.
• Shares marketing knowledge with organization personnel.
• Assists customers in accessing community resources when needed.
• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
