Job summary

Continuum Care Hospice, LLC is seeking a Community Liaison to drive marketing efforts, build relationships with customers and referral sources, and organize community events. You will respond to customer requests, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to strategic planning to align services with community needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, at least three years in healthcare marketing, and strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable work experience may substitute.
• At least 3 years’ health care marketing management experience, preferably hospice care.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Sarasota and Manatee County healthcare markets.

Responsibilities

• Conducts daily marketing activities, collaborating with the Administrator on marketing initiatives.
• Monitors resource allocation according to budgetary limits.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing plan to meet budget projections.
• Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community perceptions of Continuum Care Hospice, LLC as a high-quality provider.
• Contributes to strategic planning, identifying opportunities for additional or improved services.
• Maintains knowledge of local markets and shares information with staff.
• Assists customers in accessing community resources when needed.
• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
